Report from the launch of the first social innovation municipality network

In late September 2012, the “Danish Municipality Network on Social Innovation” was launched in Copenhagen, Denmark. With representatives of around one-third of Danish local governments present, the launch-event discussed the role of social innovation in combatting the growing number of social challenges in Denmark. The network will meet at least 4 times annually to exchange knowledge and practices under the headline of social innovation.
